Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. What you are buying
Me in Japan is a set of online travel guides (Big in Japan, Tokyo Table & Bar, Tokyo, the Listening City) and an itinerary planner, published at meinjapan.com and operated by Excellence Agency. A purchase on booknow.one grants one person lifetime access to the guides and the planner through their own sign-in account. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or published.
2. Purchases and refunds
Purchases, invoices and refunds are handled by booknow.one under its terms. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related access is revoked.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Your purchase is linked to the account you sign in with (by matching the e-mail used at checkout, or by entering your access code once). Keep your access code private.
4. Itinerary planner
Each account may generate up to three itineraries in total; deleting an itinerary does not restore the allowance. Plans are generated automatically from the guides and are provided for general information only. They are not bookings and do not guarantee availability, prices, opening hours or reservation rules. You are responsible for verifying every detail and for your own bookings, safety, insurance and compliance with local rules. Shared itinerary links are visible to anyone holding the link and expire 60 days after the trip.
5. Content
The guides are personal recommendations, kept up to date on a best-effort basis. Venues change, close and move; we accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on the content. All text and structure are © Me in Japan. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or create derivative works from the guides.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, share your session with others, or use automated tools to extract the guides or to abuse the planner.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the guides, the planner and these terms. We may suspend access in case of abuse or non-payment. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice.
